Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often from prospective clients considering our Executive Leadership Training services.
Can I switch plans mid-engagement?
Absolutely. If your needs evolve — for example, you start with the Emerging Leader plan but realise you would benefit from psychometric profiling and extended sessions — we can upgrade you to the Senior Executive plan. The price difference is simply applied on a pro-rata basis from the date of the switch. We want your programme to fit your reality, not the other way around.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. All packages can be paid in monthly instalments at no additional cost. For the Enterprise Team package, we typically invoice fifty per cent upon signing and fifty per cent upon completion, though alternative arrangements can be discussed. We accept bank transfer, credit card and purchase orders from established organisations.
What happens during the free discovery call?
The discovery call lasts approximately thirty minutes. We explore your current leadership challenges, your aspirations and the organisational context in which you operate. There is no obligation and no sales pressure — we genuinely want to understand whether our approach is the right fit for you before either of us commits time and resources.
Are sessions available remotely?
Every coaching session and workshop can be delivered either in person at our studio in Wales or via secure video conference. Many of our clients opt for a hybrid model — meeting in person for the initial session and key milestones, with virtual sessions in between. We have coached leaders across four continents without any loss of impact.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that executive diaries are unpredictable. Individual sessions can be rescheduled with at least forty-eight hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice are charged at fifty per cent of the session value. Full programme cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your engagement letter, typically with a fourteen-day cooling-off period from the date of signing.
Do you offer bespoke pricing for larger organisations?
Yes. If you are looking to train more than fifteen leaders, or if you require a multi-phase programme spanning several quarters, we will create a custom proposal with volume-based pricing.
